Interview with Domenico Soale and Gioia Cerasoli

We have finally managed to talk to Domenico Soale and Gioia Cerasoli at the German Open 2012 and that proved to be a very interesting afternoon. They dance together for 25 years since they were kids and now they are still together and married. Gioia and Domenico are from Italy. They were multiple Italian Champions in both Amateur and Professional Ballroom. They were IDSF World Standard champions in Amateur category. In March 2012 they became the WDSF Professional World Standard champions. They announced their retirement from the competitive dancing at the last German Open Championships.
They talked about the importance of being true to yourself, sticking to principle and work on quality of your dancing. They love teaching and they will do shows so we will still have a chance to see them again on the floor.
