As you have no doubt noticed, tonight we have released a new version of DancesportInfo. The most visible change is of course the new, lighter more modern look and feel, resulting in a faster and more ergonomical experience for you. However, most of the changes have been under the hood.

The new site has been designed with not just the impersonal presentation of data in mind; we are introducing a new membership scheme, allowing our members to make the site more personal, so that members will have a direct influence on the content of the website. Instead of just having us present you with news, members can now add their own comments to any news item we post. Similarly, you can leave comments about couples, dancers or events on their own pages.

There is lost of subtle new functionality integrated into the new pages - from the completely revamped gallery interface to easier navigation with 'breadcrumb' links at the top of each page.

We hope you enjoy our largest update in the last three years, and we hope you'll amuse yourself for hours poking around and discovering what new things we've added.
